Summary:


The Bell Affiliate Marketing team (Cablevision, Télébec, KMTS, DMTS, Ontera, Northerntel, Northerntel FibreOp) is looking for an experienced marketing manager to coordinate the implementation of marketing programs.

The successful applicant will work primarily with the marketing communications team and affiliate sales channel teams.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and lead campaigns to drive sales and build customer loyalty
  • Provide marketing materials that effectively support sales and sales support activities, and hold training meetings for these teams
  • Create compelling and strategic pitches to gain engagement and alignment from key campaign partners
  • Work with partners to build forecasts, develop marketing communications creative services, make sure that sales channels have the right tools to promote positive results and changes, update websites
  • Attend weekly meetings with internal partners
  • Analyze the competition: monitor the competitive landscape with respect to products, prices and new marketing activities and initiatives
  • Prepare and present weekly results to senior management
  • Manage a team of marketing coordinator

Critical Qualifications:


  • At least five years of marketing experience; experience or university degree in telecommunications, an asset
  • Proven ability to execute projects endtoend, ensuring crossfunctional collaboration and success
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills; comfortable working with a variety of partners
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience managing a team
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of affiliates is considered an asset
