Responsibilities:


PURPOSE OF ROLE:


Reporting to the Manager of Fan & Stakeholder Engagement, the Game Day Box Office Associate is responsible for serving customers at the highest-level during Mustangs games.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide friendly and informed responses to inquiries
  • Assist patrons with ticket questions and purchases
  • Perform opening and closing duties at your box office station
  • Operate ticket system to print tickets and process payments
  • Operate POS debit/credit machine, handle cash accurately
  • Keep workstation and equipment clean and organized
  • Complete ticket reconciliation and deposit form
  • Ability to work evening and weekends
  • Perform other tasks as required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to take direction and work cooperatively
  • Ability to work in a detailoriented environment
  • Friendly personality and customer service skills

EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in retail sales/cash handling
