Responsibilities:

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

Reporting to the Manager of Fan & Stakeholder Engagement, the Game Day Box Office Associate is responsible for serving customers at the highest-level during Mustangs games.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide friendly and informed responses to inquiries
Assist patrons with ticket questions and purchases
Perform opening and closing duties at your box office station
Operate ticket system to print tickets and process payments
Operate POS debit/credit machine, handle cash accurately
Keep workstation and equipment clean and organized
Complete ticket reconciliation and deposit form
Ability to work evening and weekends
Perform other tasks as required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to take direction and work cooperatively
Ability to work in a detailoriented environment
Friendly personality and customer service skills

EXPERIENCE:

Experience in retail sales/cash handling
