Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
- Coordinate marketing events, such as trade shows, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Maintain and update the company's website and social media platforms with relevant content.
- Support the marketing team in preparing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports.
- Maintain the marketing database, ensuring accurate and uptodate customer and lead information.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support marketing initiatives and objectives.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and ordering marketing supplies.
Requirements:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a marketing assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
