- Oversee daytoday operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement measures to achieve operational targets
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall performance
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize operations
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to meet operational goals
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff members
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in operations management
Pay:
$16.55-$17.55 per hour

Education:
