Genix Holdings is seeking an Operations Administration Assistant to provide support in daily office needs. Reporting directly to the Operations Team, you will be an integral part of the success of our team. Accountabilities
This administrator will provide professional administrative support, ensuring that the day-to-day operations run smoothly. This person will have the ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment while maintaining a positive attitude.


Responsibilities:


  • Book all travel arrangements (flights, hotels, truck rentals) as required
  • Scheduling support by booking meetings
  • Using computers to generate reports, and conduct research
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Performing general office duties such as filing scanning, updating spreadsheets, etc.
  • Assist all staff with the preparation of project deliverables
  • To carry out miscellaneous duties beneficial to the overall operation of the business

Qualifications:


  • Extraordinary Organization Skills
  • Well development multitasking skills
  • The ability to thrive independently and in a team environment
  • Postsecondary education in office/business administration
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience
  • Microsoft office knowledge with proficient computer and internet skills
  • Able to prioritize workload
  • Effective problemsolving skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in person and on the phone; clear and concise written communication.

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)

- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)


Pay:
$36,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
