- Managing all aspects of an existing book of business.
- Building client relationships through effective client management.
- Providing support to an assigned Commercial Producer.
- Ensuring new business and retention targets are met, including by means of re-marketing.
- Manage the client's renewal process.
- Complete outbound calls as required for renewal review and special projects.
- Upsell and cross-sell with existing clients.
- Respond to inbound telephone inquiries.
- Prompt response to all customer inquiries by providing effective and efficient customer service to verbal and written inquiries.
- Resolving client concerns and complaints while ensuring that Service Excellence Standards are met.
- College Diploma or University Degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in insurance Account Management
- General Insurance License required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with commercial insurance desired
- Team player able to work within Production and Service teams.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Effective organizational skills and time management.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written skills
- Experience with EPIC broker management system an asset
