- Assist in billing weekly for consultations and hourly files, as well as contingency billing.
- Support the Accounts Receivable team monthly with the collections process.
- Coordinate with clients on a monthly basis.
- Completion of post-secondary education or diploma, with a concentration in accounting or a related field.
- At least 5 years of billing experience, ideally within a law firm context.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated initiative and proactive approach.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic and bustling work environment.
- Effective organizational capabilities.
