    Join our clients' dynamic team as a Billing Clerk in the Financial District in Toronto As a Billing Clerk, you'll have the opportunity to grow your skills and contribute to our clients' success in a supportive and collaborative environment.

    In this role you'll play a vital role in our law firm clients billing process.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Reporting to the Accounting and Assistant Accounting Managers.
    • Assist in billing weekly for consultations and hourly files, as well as contingency billing.
    • Support the Accounts Receivable team monthly with the collections process.
    • Coordinate with clients on a monthly basis.
    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • Completion of post-secondary education or diploma, with a concentration in accounting or a related field.
    • At least 5 years of billing experience, ideally within a law firm context.
    • Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
    • Exceptional attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated initiative and proactive approach.
    • Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic and bustling work environment.
    • Effective organizational capabilities.
    • Quick adaptability and collaborative aptitude to engage with all team members within the firm.
