    ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
    Want to skip the long commutes and have a healthy work life balance? After your probation, you'll have the option to follow a flexible working schedule or continue fully in-office - whatever works best for you You'll be the backbone of an incredibly supportive team who can guide you every step of the way.
    ABOUT THE POSITION
    Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

    • Handling sales and purchase transactions
    • Handling refinancing transactions
    • Keeping track of important transaction dates and ensuring deadlines are met
    • Performing title searches
    • Drafting agreements
    • Gathering documents for trust transactions
    • Liaising with 3rd parties (including brokers, financial institutions, vendors, and purchases)
    • Attending client intake meetings

    THE REQUIREMENTS

    • At least 3 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
    • A Paralegal Certificate/Diploma is an asset
    • Proficiency with BC Online and LTSA
    • Proficiency in E-Conveyance software is an asset

    COMPENSATION

    • $80,000 - $95,000 (depending on experience)
    • Extended health and dental coverage
    • Short- and long-term disability coverage
    • Fitness allowance
    • Group RRSP matching
