About the Job


Vendasta is looking for a Learning Experience Coordinator to join our growing team Reporting to the Learning Experience Manager, this role will own learning operations for the entire Learning & Development team.

This role will also act as the primary facilitator for New Hire Academy (Vendasta's employee onboarding program).

  • The Learning & Development team designs, delivers and drives learning content not only for our internal teams but for our partners. Focus for this role will be on the development and dissemination of internal learning content for Vendastians, however will have the unique opportunity to work with a team who provides a range of strategies or a range of learners._

The impact you'll have

  • Learning Operations_

Program Management: Own scheduling and logistics for all internal learning programs, including the management of a company-wide calendar that outlines Vendasta's learning programs

Communication:Promote existing learning programs through clear. concise and structured communication strategies;

Feedback collection and dissemination:Collect, distribute and analyze program feedback and share results that will guide data-driven decision-making

LMS Administration: Act as an administrator of our Learning Management System (LMS)

  • Training Design & Delivery_

Facilitation: Act as the primary facilitator and program manager for New Hire Academy (Vendasta's employee onboarding program); deliver content in a meaningful and interactive manner

  • Support in the content development for New Hire Academy

Production: Act as a supporting facilitator/producer for company onboarding welcome sessions (outside of formal programming, as needed)

Content Quality Assurance: Support the instructional design team with course maintenance; driving the validity and reliability of existing and new learning content


The value you'll bring

  • 12 years of experience in Learning & Development (a degree in Human Resources/Education/other equivalent experience may also be considered)
  • Experience coordinating multiple events in an organizational setting
  • Proficient in Google Suite products in a way that support the overall learning experience
  • Knowledge of learning management systems and webdelivery tools
  • Familiarity with learning methods and techniques
  • Excellent facilitation skills, with the ability to create an inclusive and psychologically safe learning environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing business conditions and shifting priorities
  • Proven timemanagement skills that demonstrated the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines/project effectively
  • Proven ability to work effectively & successfully in a fastpaced, agile environment
  • Successful track record of creating trust and maintaining relationships in an organizational setting
