What will you do?


Reporting to the Director, Commercial Financial Planning and Analytics, the Commercial Finance Business Partner position will play a key role in partnering with the leaders of the Regional and Channel business units.

This role will work collaboratively across the global leadership team, supporting growth, continuous improvement, projects, and initiatives that increase the FP&A value for KORE.

You will be a key decision maker in delivering key business priorities.

In addition, for your respective business units you will be leading the quarterly forecasting process, Annual Operating Plan and own the maintenance of these forecasts within KORE's system/tools that support these processes.


The Commercial Finance Business Partner role is a seasoned commercial financial partner in delivering the business strategy and results for their respective business units.

You also have a continuous learner's mindset with a passion for detail and appreciate the impact that good financial reporting and analysis has on a business's success.

You are resourceful, reliable, and always striving to influence change in aligning to the bigger FP&A priorities.


Primary Accountabilities -

Operational Planning & Forecasting

  • Responsible for development of annual operating plan (AOP) and quarterly forecasts for your respective business unit P&Ls and ensuring the alignment of connectivity, hardware, and revenue forecasts across the commercial team, Operations, and Finance.
  • Facilitate target setting, capacity planning/modeling, and reporting processes of sales quotas/targets for your respective business units and ensuring plans are aligned with KORE's annual and strategic goals.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product Delivery (R&D), and other crossfunctional teams to evaluate New Product Introduction & Innovation Stage Gate decisions.
  • Work with the Accounting function to ensure proper understanding of Company Annual Operating Plan, and to jointly perform variance analysis to recommend coursecorrecting action plans.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on enhancements of the planning & forecasting processes

Business Partnership, Reporting, and Controllership

  • Lead individualized quarterly and monthly business reviews to highlight actualized and forecasted P&L performance along with risk & opportunity assessments and action plans.
  • Analyze customer revenue performance, profitability, subscriber churn, and other key performance metrics necessary to analyze and optimize business unit financial performance.
  • Lead the completion of insightful, datadriven financial analysis/business cases and recommendations on commercial finance opportunities (Deal Desk and New Product Introduction ROI) with a critical eye on KORE's profitability goals.
  • Provide insightful new production launch analysis of subscribers, HW volumes, pricing, profitability throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Maintain standard pricing and costing models for custom deals creation, provide guidance on pricing metrics, and automated pricing tools used by Sales
  • Document processes, standard methodologies and requirements in a way that can be understood by business and technical partners.

Required Skills and Experience -

  • Bachelor's degree in an analytic field of study plus a business approach; Finance, Accounting, Math, Statistics, Economics or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Consulting, or Analytics.
  • Analytical problem solver with a passion for using data to solve business problems.
  • Strong engagement and change management skills to communicate effectively across all levels of diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated experience improving processes, including the ability to innovate and simplify both financial and operational processes.
  • Proven ability to multitask, problemsolve and prioritize without compromising details to accuracy or work deadlines.

Desired Skills and Experience:


  • Pursuing or completed a Professional Accounting or Finance designation.
  • Experience with visualization and query tools like Power Query, Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Working knowledge of NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, & Salesforce.
  • Understanding of accounting principles (US GAAP).
