Where you come in
Are you someone who has a knack for social media, is tech savvy, and loves working with influencers? Are you looking for a new challenge in a growing Montreal company?

We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our talented Marketing team.

This person will be responsible for developing and executing our influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns across our various social media channels.


Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing - 60%

  • Identify and build relationships with influencers who embody Transformer Table values, using an influencer marketing software;
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns for all our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest);
  • Ensure campaign strategies align with business goals;
  • Keep uptodate with social media trends, technologies, and emerging influencers;
  • Negotiate influencer compensation or product for content, and ensure contracts are in place.

Project Management - 20%

  • Work closely with the Marketing & Media team to create and coordinate influencer marketing strategies that work across different channels;
  • Effectively manage influencer campaigns by creating and communicating campaign briefs, and approving all content before it goes live to ensure brand alignment;
  • Ensure timely influencer deliverables.

Campaign & Industry Analyses - 20%

  • Measure effectiveness of campaigns by conducting analyses on our social platforms;
  • Ensure that objectives and business goals at met at the end of each campaign, and identify strong points and areas of improvement;
  • Track and monitor results against KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or Communications;
  • 24 year's experience in Influencer Marketing (preferably) or Social Media Marketing;
  • Experience in PR and Media is a plus;
  • Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies;
  • Passion for social media and influencer marketing;
  • Ability to grasp future trends in social media and act proactively;
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Detail oriented, with a keen eye for detail;
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills;
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills;
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment;
  • Collaborative work ethic/team player;
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
