Job Description:

Must be in the Greater Toronto Area to be considered. This is a hybrid role, occasional in-person office attendance (approx. two days per month) will be required.

We're looking for a talented teammate

To join our team as a Building Science Analyst/Operations Analyst Co-op.

As a Co-Op you ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs and determine and communicate customer eligibility for energy conservation measures provided under the IESO's Energy Affordability Program and Enbridge's Home Winterproofing Program.

Responsibilities include; audit submission review, applicant eligibility determination, customer-facing communication, data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, and process definition and improvement.

This Co-Op will run May 15, 2023 to August 31, 2023.

What we need help with Prepare information requests for customers/assessors to address submission deficiencies.- Maintain customer satisfaction and develop customer relationships including undertaking business development activities. Identifying process optimization and improvements- Supporting and creating presentation decks- Prepare and maintains a variety of reports to manage and monitor project activity.- Active enrollment of post-secondary education either Environment and Business or Engineering degree.- Strong oral and written communication skills.- Experience in an engineering services company is an asset.- Proficiency with MS Office (emphasis on Excel).- Experience with Power Query and PBI is an asset.- Ability to work well with all levels of management, colleagues and external contacts.

Compensation Range:
$23 / hour CAD

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
