Responsibilities:

Analyze borrower credit profiles, income, assets, and collateral to determine loan eligibility
Calculate debttoincome ratios and other financial ratios to assess risk and determine loan amounts
Communicate with loan officers, processors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide guidance on loan decisions
Maintain a working knowledge of industry regulations and company policies
Assist in the training and development of junior mortgage brokers

Requirements:

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of mortgage underwriting principles and practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Gsuite and loan underwriting software Newton Velocity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation:

We also offer a very competitive commission structure. This position is a combination of fixed salary plus commissions. Base salary is negotiable, dependent on experience. Come join our dynamic team and watch your business soar.
