Waste Connections of Canada an immediate opening for an
Equipment Operator to join our team in
Hamilton, ON.

We are looking for a SAFETY inclined, energetic, autonomous and proactive team player capable of making a difference in his/her team and community.

As an Equipment Operator, you will responsible for safely operating various equipment, including articulated trucks and backhoe; this may also include forklifts, loaders, and front skid steer loaders.

You may also be responsible for including routine inspection and maintenance of equipment.

Location: 464 Rennie St Hamilton, ON

Pay rate:
$25.32 per hour

Qualifications:

12 years of Loader Operator experience in a busy environment or related experience
Excellent customer service skills
Must be able to pass all preemployment tests
Experience loading open top walking floor trailers is an asset
Experience working with municipal waste is an asset
