Inside Sales Representative - Niagara Falls, Canada - TechRyde Inc

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
• Identify and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track customer interactions and sales activities
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and market conditions to effectively promote products or services
• Assist in developing sales strategies and contribute to business development efforts
• Visit trade show and show case company products

• Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish
• Knowledge of sales techniques and principles
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
• Strong problemsolving and negotiation skills
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs
• Technical sales experience is preferred but not required
• Hospitality or restaurant domain knowledge preffered
