Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
- Identify and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and market conditions to effectively promote products or services
- Assist in developing sales strategies and contribute to business development efforts
- Visit trade show and show case company products
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of sales techniques and principles
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Strong problemsolving and negotiation skills
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs
- Technical sales experience is preferred but not required
- Hospitality or restaurant domain knowledge preffered
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$17.51-$25.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
