Your Role
As the General Sales Manager, you will lead the sales strategy and customer experience at your store. You will lead your team of sales professionals, setting performance goals and ensuring they are met.

Your strategic insight and strong leadership skills will be essential in leading the sales team, optimizing sales processes and inventory management strategies, and ensuring the achievement of overall dealership goals.

You will collaborate closely with our service and parts departments to create a seamless and exceptional experience for every guest, every time.


Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a General Sales Manager in a franchise dealership with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance metrics while achieving leading CSI scores
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, motivational, interpersonal and motivational skills
  • Understand the importance of providing an exceptional customer experience to both internal and external customers
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Strong understanding of automotive sales, inventory management, and department profitability
