About the Role_
Reporting to the Chief Technical Officer, the
Technology Integration Manager will be responsible for leading technical installation projects, set up & configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and system support and mentorship for all technology, audio, video, access, CCTV, video conference, network, room control, and home automation systems.

Your Impact_
- Preinstallation site survey and site progress reviews.
- Attend construction meetings in place of Project Managers/Designers when needed.
- Manage onsite coordination to ensure communication is effective and tasks are integrated timely with project/build out schedule.
- Monitor and report on work progress daily/weekly to project manager.
- Identify and solve issues that will impact the project.
- Manage and lead the installation team in delivery, installation, configuration, set up and integration of all components/systems.
- Communicate with Management on personnel performance issues.
- Delivery, restock, sign out and secure all project product including inventory and noninventory consumables.
- Return all unused and defective product to warehouse.
- Fabricate/oversee rack builds inhouse or onsite at client location.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problem installations at a system and component level.
- Troubleshoot advanced systems and work with manufacturers support team to resolve issues.
- Interface with external/internal clients, manufactures and vendors as needed.
- Follow all safe work practices, company policies, work site rules and client requirements.
- Train & develop apprentices/installers on company procedures, systems, and installation techniques.
- Ensure that project deliverables and milestones are met including close out documentation and punch list items.
- Service & support client systems post project.
- Perform quality control check on finished product/projects.
- Post project walkthrough with client stakeholders.
- Maintain system documents and development of user manuals.
- Provide system overview & system functionality training to end users at expert level.
- Participate in afterhour Tech-OnCall programs, supporting exiting systems remotely and/or in the field.
- Comply with all safe work practices and technical standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned based upon business need.
About You_
- 10+ years' experience in systems installation including equipment rack fabrication, site preparation, termination, mounting, configuration, testing audio, video, control, and other integrated technology systems is required.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record is required.
- L2 Police background check will be required.
- Diploma or degree in a related field is preferred.
- Leadership skills with proven ability to mentor team members.
- Experience in reading/understanding architecture, electrical, structural & AV systems drawings is an asset.
- PC and computer network knowledge is preferred.
- Demonstrable knowledge of audio, video, control, lighting, and networking systems and standards.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in reading/understanding architecture, electrical, structural & AV systems drawings is an asset.
- A teachable disposition and willingness to continuing education.
- Flexibility to work outside the job description when necessary.
- Analytical and problemsolving/troubleshoot abilities with deductive reasoning skills.
