Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Complete various duties that include but are not limited to work baskets, payouts, transfers, report clearing and insurance losses.
Maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
Work in collaboration with Operations Services to complete internal processes within defined turnaround times and assist with special projects/ tasks as requested.
Work with Team Leader and other team members to improve on existing processes and uncover ways to more efficiently and effectively manage the tasks.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree with focus in Business Administration or Finance is preferred.

years of experience working in the Captive Auto Finance industry is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proficient in MS Office, including MS Excel and MS Word.
Ability to problem solve and analyze data.
Demonstrates organizational and time management skills.
Driven and motivated by a fastpaced environment.
Bilingual French preferred
