Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of common areas (general cleaning, vacuum carpet areas, removing spots and stains)
- Minor maintenance operations to mechanical, plumbing and building equipment.
- Pick up garbage/recycling and transports to designated areas.
- Adheres to established facility policies and procedures, including safety rules and safe working practices.
- Observes all fire safety, and health regulations.
- Receives supplies and stores in designated areas.
- Furniture set up if needed.
- Complete all other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Fully vaccinated (COVID19)
- Working knowledge with chillers and boilers.
- Ability to selfregulate and work independently.
- Must be capable of performing necessary physical duties including the movement of heavy objects.
- Knowledge and training in plumbing and HVAC.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety.
- Current (within 6 months) Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening (VPS).

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
