Virtual Partner Account Manager at Juniper Networks


Juniper Networks is seeking a Virtual Partner Account Manager (vPAM) to support an assigned territory of Juniper Partners and Partner Account Managers in accelerating pipeline creation, partner deal registration and incremental partner-driven revenue.

The vPAM will be instrumental in cultivating partner growth and development through activities that support sales readiness, technical enablement, operational agility, and overall velocity towards business objectives.

Working closely with the PAM, the vPAM will help foster relationships across various partner stakeholders and internal counterparts, driving high-touch growth activities and GTM program adoption.


Responsibilities:

Maintain Relationships:

Establish and nurture relationships with various partner stakeholders, while collaborating with internal counterparts: Partner Account Managers (PAMs), Partner Experience Managers (PXM), Virtual Sales, Partner Sales Engineers (PSE), Marketing and Distribution ensuring effective communication, alignment, and execution towards joint objectives.


  • Revenue Growth: Activation and adoption of GTM programs and business development initiative resulting in pipeline creation and partnerinitiated revenue. Support partners and PAMs with business planning and account development execution to maximize partner profitability and rewards. Provide insight into Juniper Partner Advantage (JPA), supporting adoption of Juniper's strategic focus areas
  • IE: Partner Assured, NaaS, Jumpstart, XBT alignment etc.
  • Performance Management: Track and communicate partner performance and compliance requirements with updates into Juniper CRM. Provide regular updates on partner status to relevant stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations to optimize partner business and drive continuous improvement.

IE:
Certifications, Enablement, Campaigns, SPIFFs, Champions, MDF etc.

  • Elevate Partner Experience: Foster a thriving, profitable partner relationships by delivering tailored, cross functional support across partner stakeholders. Drive utilization of Juniper tools and resources to support agility, productivity, and capacity building. Cultivate a hyperconnected channel community that encourages vendor loyalty and mindshare within the partner organization.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in channel, sales, account management or marketing, preferably in Enterprise IT
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver Juniper partner value proposition and collaborate effectively with internal teams and partner stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Juniper partner ecosystem and how to drive partner development, pipeline creation and revenue growth strategies.
  • Comprehension of Juniper product portfolio and ability to articulate XBT solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced, high touch, dynamic environment.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a focus on driving partner success.
  • Experience in building and maintain engagement in online community platforms such as Slack, LinkedIn, Salesforce Experience Cloud
  • Fluent in English with additional languages valued (German, French, Spanish or Italian)
