- Responsibilities: _
- Prepare and enter customer bids, orders, and returns information precisely.
- Deliver the finest service possible with comprehensive solution options that include involving peers and experts to give clients a great experience.
- Cooperate closely with all firm personnel, clients, and suppliers. Join forces with the outside sales team and your inside sales colleagues.
- Take part in and back up all inside sales campaigns.
- Ensure that orders and bids from customers are delivered on time and accurately by collaborating with other departments (Heating, Project, Counter, and Warehouse).
- Work together with the customer and our vendors to minimize the impact on the customer and vendor while optimizing profit for Independent Mechanical Supply
- Respond on customer refunds from completed projects or orders.
Requirement:
- Years of Industry Experience (plumbing and heating knowledge): 2+
- Years of
- Education: High School
- Software/
System Experience:
Basic Excel
- Able to enter orders and process other customer requests on the computer proficiently
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$23.00-$25.00 per hour
