Responsibilities:


Performance Manager - West

The Role (Brief summary of the role): As Supply Chain Performance Manager at PepsiCo, you will be the key site contact responsible for providing the financial leadership, expertise, insights and recommendations that enable effective decision-making and elevating performance within the Frito Lay Canada ("FLC") business.

The Performance Manager is responsible for driving total company, end-to-end (E2E) productivity. They will manage the productivity agenda and support the site in delivering their productivity tactics.

This person requires strong analytical skills to be able to analyze performance, compare results, identify gaps and communicate effectively with site pears and leaders.

Provide leadership and take overall responsibility for supply chain optimization.

Through your team, achieve both team and site key performance measures such as National Control audit performance, Inventory control, account payable and receivable, site forecast accuracy, financial strategic planning and annual AOP execution.


What you'll be working on (Job Description):

  • Through effective communication, education and training, allow your team to achieve their potential.
  • Provide an effective and consistent method of constructive feedback leveraging, one with one meetings, daily & weekly team meetings, and midyear reviews.
  • Support the site and business management in developing strategies for FLC, which includes the translation of the business vision and strategies to your West teams.
  • Work closely with manufacturing and service & distribution to ensure schedule optimization and financial performance
  • Manage the execution of base retail, promotional and seasonal plans.
  • Support and Lead site Key Milestones FLC Strategic Investment/Growth and Productivity. Generating a continuous pipeline of E2E productivity tactics to deliver our Total Company Productivity goals.
  • Conduct benchmarking and whitespace analysis to identify process and productivity opportunities
  • Support AOP process working in collaboration with cross functional
  • Support Analytics/Digital journey for Supply Chain by leverage technology for performance tracking such as R-Time, Tableau and Microsoft Power BI. Utilize integrated supply chain tools to develop and communicate accurate production schedules for the site.

Supply Chain:

Support efforts to build the Finance function of the future at FLC, by operationalizing new ways of working, extreme Simplification of reporting, developing key capabilities, embedding in our people processes.


  • Lead and enhance control audit performance for FLC
  • Analyze, Communicate, Support and Influence performance results, supporting LSS initiatives and Agile process to deliver productivity tactics. Become Key Contributor for site LSS and Agile projects including training, coaching & mentoring of team members.
  • Support national productivity initiative such as carton performance tracking, Direct or Indirect cost performance etc

Qualifications:

Who's a good fit for the team (Qualifications)
- **Education/Certification**:Bachelor's Degree Required (Engineering, Finance or Business Administration preferred)
MBA / CPA a plus.
- **Work Experience**:5-7 years of progressive responsibility, with supervisory experience, in some of the following areas: Supply Chain Operation, Financial Planning and Analysis, evaluating business performance at management level.
