Hensall Co-op is seeking a reliable individual to become an integral member of our team This position is full time, working out of the Hensall location.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Provide superior customer service on farms and within HC locations.
  • Operation of forklifts, TerraGator, RoGator, loader and other equipment
  • Maintain and uptodate knowledge of recommended agronomic practices that support Ontario Pesticide Exterminator and Nutrient Applicator guidelines.
  • Assist with elevator operations during harvest period.
  • Understand and follow all HC Health and Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:


  • Attention to detail with strong time management.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and verbal/communication skills
  • Ability to seasonally work overtime including weekends as needed.
  • Ability to perform manual labour, including outdoor work, perform maintenance on equipment.
  • Ability to work both alone and with other employees.

Required Qualifications:


  • Valid DZ or AZ License would be an asset.
  • Ontario Secondary School Diploma
  • Previous experience in an agricultural environment considered an asset.
