About The Role:

Valsoft is looking to expand its Financial Systems Team with individuals who have technical and/or functional experience with NetSuite.

In this role, not only will you be responsible for shaping and enhancing our highly complex and global NetSuite environment, but you will also have opportunities to grow within the position.

You will work closely with other cross-functional teams to ensure that our ERP system meets the needs of the growing business.

We're looking for individuals who are willing to work on-site in our office in Saint-Laurent, Montreal.

What You'll Be Doing:

Utilize technical and/or functional NetSuite experience for configuration, integration, and maintenance.
Develop and implement custom scripts, workflows, and SuiteScripts for NetSuite customization.
Configure and optimize NetSuite SuiteBuilder components to meet evolving business needs.
Ensure data consistency and accuracy across integrated systems.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business processes and requirements.
Troubleshoot and promptly resolve NetSuite system issues, minimizing business impact.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for customizations, scripts, and integrations.
Conduct effective training sessions for endusers on NetSuite functionalities and best practices.
Support documentation related to the NetSuite environment.
Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement new NetSuite functionalities and integrations.
Participate in release cycles, identifying areas for improvement, and deploying new modules and SuiteApps.
Lead or support NetSuite ERP implementations for global subsidiaries.
Be part of multiple NetSuite projects in a fastpaced environment.

[Ideally] You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Technology, Finance, or a related discipline.
Functional and/or technical experience in NetSuite, with handson customization experience.
Experience with SuiteBilling and ARM.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Knowledge of NetSuite best practices and standards.
Effective multitasking, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
NetSuite certification(s) is preferred.
