    Votre Futur Poste :
    En tant que membre de notre équipe Agile de développement logiciel, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans la conception et le développement de nouvelles fonctionnalités pour notre logiciel de simulation GNSS. Vous travaillerez dans un environnement stimulant où vous aurez l'opportunité d'approfondir vos compétences dans divers domaines d'expertise. Vous aurez également la possibilité de tracer votre propre trajectoire professionnelle au sein de l'équipe, avec une voie claire vers un rôle d'Architecte Logiciel. Nous recherchons des personnes motivées et passionnées qui aspirent à façonner la direction technologique de notre équipe et qui sont prêtes à relever de nouveaux défis.

    Environnement Technique :

    • Programmation orientée objet en C++ avec prise en charge de multi-threading sur GPU

    • Génération et modulation en temps réel d'ondes radio (RF)

    • GNSS : positionnement, protocoles de transmission selon les ICDs, calculs de trajectoires terrestres et orbitales

    • Outils : langages C++, CUDA, Framework Qt sur Linux et Windows, Python, Microsoft Azure DevOps et GitHub

    Vos Missions :

    • Concevoir et développer de nouvelles fonctionnalités dans notre logiciel en C++

    • Participer activement à toutes les phases du cycle de vie du développement logiciel, de la conception à la maintenance.

    • Valider les fonctionnalités sur du matériel (GPU, SDR, récepteurs GNSS)

    • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes interfonctionnelles pour comprendre les besoins des clients et fournir des solutions efficaces.

    • Mentorat des membres plus juniors de l'équipe et partage des bonnes pratiques de développement.

    • Participer à l'analyse fonctionnelle et organique des nouveaux développements

    • Contribuer à l'amélioration des processus et des outils

    • Participer activement aux activités Scrum de l'équipe

    Environnement de Travail :

    • Méthodologie Agile avec des sprints de 4 semaines

    • Temps dédié à la formation et aux rétroactions pour l'amélioration continue

    • Horaires flexibles avec possibilité de travail à distance

    Job Requirements


    • Diplôme universitaire en informatique, génie informatique ou génie logiciel

    • Expérience avérée (minimum de 7 ans) dans le développement de logiciels en C++, avec une solide compréhension des principes de conception

    • Capacité démontrée à résoudre des problèmes complexes de manière créative et efficace.

    • Expérience antérieure dans un rôle de mentorat ou de leadership technique.

    • Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe multidisciplinaire

    • Excellente communication en français et en anglais, à l'écrit et à l'oral

    • Autonomie et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément

    • Connaissances en GNSS (un atout)
