Our Banking client in
Toronto, Ontario is looking to hire a
Trade Capture Administrator for a
6-months contract role.

What you will be doing

  • Retrieve and or reserve trade information from clients, preverify all information and repair were necessary on ACE, and input/authorize trades on ACE, Milvus
  • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines occurring within Trade Capture.
  • Follows preset procedures ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements as well as corporate audit and risk management requirements.

What you will need to succeed

Must Have Skills:


  • College diploma in accounting, business, or finance
  • Knowledge of Trade Processing principles/ Verify info and input authorized trades into the system.
  • MS Word/Excel/ PowerPoint.

Nice to have:


  • Experience in financial services industry.
