The Schulich School of Engineering at the University of Calgary seeks a Full-time Limited Term Awards Writer and Coordinator responsible for coordinating multiple writing projects; awards for the SSE Dean's Office providing key operational support to enhance the quality and quantity of internal external award applications submitted by the School.Responsibilities
- Full-cycle awards technical writing editing Review edit documentation consistent messaging clarity alignment formatting grammar compliance competitively position candidates awards.
- Draft letters support various initiatives connecting interviewing potential supporters creating unique endorsement letters.
- Collaborate project leads identify potential supporters strategic initiatives draft support letters required Develop written materials knowledge dissemination proposals reports related materials working interviewing academic leads interpreting visions actionable proposals reports.
