  • This is a 16month coop program that will begin in May 2023._

What you will do:


  • Work with Operations personnel to assist in the daytoday coordination activities required to ensure Mill Operations are supported and on track with key metrics.
  • Develop and maintain process monitoring systems and track and generate performance reports
  • Support communication between functional departments (Operations
  • Maintenance
  • Engineering)
  • Support work coordination, operations safety management activities, training development, and documentation improvements.

What you will bring:


  • Currently enrolled and has completed at least 3 years of Engineering or equivalent degree, or has completed 2 years of a technology program at an accredited postsecondary institution
  • Proficiency in quickly learning and working within multiple digital platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in data analytics preferred
  • Capacity for indepth engagement:
