    Description

    Development Project Supervisor

    We are looking for a Development Project Supervisor to join our team. As a Development Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising professional and support staff, performing administrative tasks, planning development projects, recruiting and hiring staff, and responding to inquiries from the business community.

    Tasks

    • Supervise professional and support staff and students
    • Perform administrative tasks
    • Plan development projects
    • Recruit and hire staff
    • Respond to inquiries from members of the business community
    • Conduct surveys and analyze data on consumer preferences
    • Develop social and economic profiles to attract investment
    • Prepare reports, research papers, and funding applications
    • Conduct analytical marketing studies

    Supervision

    • Supervise a team of 5-10 people

    Computer and Technology Knowledge

    • Proficient in MS Office and MS Outlook

    Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail is essential
