Description
Answer phone, book and change appointments, perform sales transactions.Ensure the boutique/spa is clean, organized and inviting to clients and guests.
Stock and properly merchandise paper goods, retail supplies and Caudalie products.
Communicate merchandise, supply and general needs to Boutique Manager.
~ Launder, fold and restock linens and communicate any maintenance needs to Boutique Manager.
Support Boutique Manager with daily operational tasks, events and ad-hoc tasks.
Notify Boutique Manager of any appointment/scheduling issues, complaints and all client feedback.
Customer Relations and Sales
Develop a deep knowledge about the brand, products and services.
Assist with event set-up and support Boutique Manager with event logistics and execution.
Participate in various training events to broaden knowledge and skills.
2 years of work experience in hospitality, beauty or luxury.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with proper telephone etiquette.
Flexible, desire to learn and grow, self-motivated, sales and results driven.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, booking software, POS systems and technology.
Available to work a flexible schedule, including day, evening, weekend and holiday hours.
