PURPOSE OF POSITION:


  • Under the direction of the Assistant Director, Human Resources, the Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) Project Lead is responsible to coordinate and lead the stabilization of the HRMS.
  • This position is responsible to coordinate the projectrelated activities of a diverse implementation/stabilization team consisting of external consultants, HR staff and endusers.
  • The position leads ongoing needs analysis and the implementation activities as they relate to HR systems. Working with a variety of clients, the position analyzes and evaluates the HR system in order to develop recommendations for solutions and manage the stabilization of the HR system.

QUALIFICATIONS:


_Education/Experience_:


  • University degree in Industrial Relations, Human resources, Information or Business Management Technology or a related field
  • A minimum of three (3) years demonstrated working experience with SAP, project management/lead, HR systems analysis and design.
  • Excellent computer skills and Indepth experience with HRMS systems; ideally with SuccessFactors modules (EC, RCM, ONB, LMS and Workforce Time & Attendance).
  • Business Analyst experience.
  • Hands on experience with process mapping to define step
- by-step business procedures.

  • HR experience with strength in analytics and HRMS systems.
  • Project management experience leading or being part of a similar HRMS or large system implementation.
  • Experience in building networks with different organizations or stakeholders such as unions.

_Abilities_:


  • The position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment, cooperatively with others.
  • The position requires the ability to communicate orally and in writing in English and French.
  • Ability to assess priorities in terms of delivering on immediate needs while also staying focused on long term deliverables and evolving business requirements.
  • Ability to multitask and resolve problems independently and to meet strict deadlines.
