    Description


    As an ICI Superintendent with concentrated experience in full-cycle institutional developments, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects exceeding $30 million and possess extensive knowledge of construction processes and best practices.


    Responsibilities:
    Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. Oversee onsite construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, regulations, and quality standards. Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and RFIs. Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and management to provide updates and address concerns.

    Concentrated experience in institutional construction, with projects exceeding $30 million. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Willingness to travel to project locations in Oakville and Hamilton. Post-secondary education in construction management or related field (preferred). Gold Seal or LEED certifications (preferred).
