We are currently looking for a
CSA II - Collections to join our Customer Credit Services team in a Temporary and a Permanent position.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Credit Services.

As a member of the Credit and Payment Services team, you will be a part of a positive culture of assisting customers to solve issues and related inquiries.

The position will include but not limited to, closed and active account collections, collection reporting, and outbound collections campaigns.


As CSA II - Collections you will:

  • Work on various weekly and monthly collection reports for active accounts and reporting results.
  • Assist in collection of closed accounts prior to their release to an external collection agency.
  • Complete measurement tracking.
  • Participate in various Active and Closed account campaigns.
  • The position will also be required to assist with answering customer care calls during periods of high call volume.


You will be responsible for your personal safety and that of your co-workers by observing all Occupational Health and Safety Rules and Regulations.

You will be accountable for environmental performance as it relates to the environmental management system processes and initiatives.


What skills will make you successful?
You recognize yourself in most of the following competencies, and where possible possess the skills and experience listed below:

  • At least one year experience in both residential and commercial collection and experience with excel would be preferred.
  • You have effective communication skills (written and verbal) and are a team player with strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with customers and external stakeholders.
  • You are a selfstarter who is a creative problem solver and can meet deadlines while managing the details of your work.
