Purpose:

Incumbent will be responsible for support data ingestion of corporate and institutional clients into the bank's client data repository.

Analysis working with raw source systems data, draw out and deeply understand consumer needs and create data solutions for them.

Accountabilities:

Manage the day to day activities of the GBM data platform intake & governance process.
Assist the Producer / Consumer intake process for the streaming and batch channels of the GBM Data Platform, reviewing ingested data with front, middle and backoffice source system SME's to ensure data management and lineage is recorded.
Responsible for defining & maintaining Service Level Agreements for stakeholder of the GBM Data Platform.
Responsible for reporting data platform measures to senior management.
Monitoring the status of data intake project from the JIRA system, improve and automate the status report for senior management.
Engage with Data Producers and Consumers to discuss their data needs to ensure their data architecture aligns with the usage patterns in the GBM Data Platform.

Requirements & Qualifications:

University Degree in Finance / Business / Computer Science / Mathematics
Proven data analysis skills by using PowerBI / Tableau / ElasticSearch
Proven skills consolidating, shaping and providing clear, concise requirements for data needs
General understanding of Capital Markets products
Solid understanding of Data Governance Principals
Ability to track and report status, raise and track issues requiring remediation. Must be able to tie work items to portions of the project plan
Comfortable working in a team environment and dividing up tasks
Comfortable with Atlassian tools, such as JIRA and Confluence
