TD Private Wealth Management (PWM) is ideal for investors who are looking for professional, custom-tailored wealth plan and investment solutions, while maintaining participation in the decision-making process regarding their financial affairs.

We work one-on-one with clients to design and implement a comprehensive investment strategy, recommend customized investment solutions and provide on-going portfolio monitoring and performance reporting aimed at enhancing the client's financial success over the long-term.

The role of Branch Manager reports directly to the Eastern Canada Region Head of PWM and is one of the key leadership positions on the TD Wealth senior executive team and an integral part of TD Bank's strategy for TD PWM.

As Branch Manager, you will be expected to reflect TD's leadership profile and make an impact, build for the future, inspire the will to win, work effectively in teams, live transparency, show excellent judgment and demonstrate unwavering integrity.

Job Requirements

  • Driving the region's operating performance, sales management culture, talent management strategy and tactics, business development, compliance oversight and Investment Advisor recruitment.
  • Contributing to the achievement of TD PWM overall business results by developing and executing an annual regional business and operating plan consistent with the TD Wealth strategy and objectives.
  • Reviewing and supporting Branch Managers in the development and execution of branch business plans.
  • Cultivating and developing constructive business relationships across TD Bank.
