Responsibilities

  • Install, program, and commission access control and CCTV systems in accordance with customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Service and termination of IP based and analog CCTV, Intercom systems, Card Access systems, PLC Control panels, and other network equipment.
  • Respond to service requests and troubleshoot issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Diagnose and repair system faults, including hardware and software components and networking components.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients, both inperson and over the phone
  • Keep detailed records of all service calls and maintenance activities.
  • Program various security related platforms.
  • Review and interpret of electrical drawings.
  • Document "As Built" changes to installation design.
  • Attend training and stay up to date with new technology and advancements in the industry.

Required

  • 2 or more years of experience with installation and maintenance of Access Control and CCTV systems and networking components.
  • Knowledge of various access control and CCTV systems, including hardward and software components, as well as basic networking concepts and practices.
  • Strong toubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shcematics.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites as required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for customer satisfaction.
