Description

Rotation/Shifts:

Days, 8 hour shifts.

Basic Requirements:

Undergraduate university degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience;
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience working in a health care environment;
Previous leadership or management experience;
Demonstrated experience with quality improvement initiatives;
Demonstrated knowledge of Environment for Scheduling Personnel (ESP);
Knowledge of TOH Collective Agreements;
Knowledge of TOH Policies;
Knowledgeable about Employment Standards Act;
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft suite, Outlook);
Excellent coordinating and project management skills;
Excellent communication skills both oral and written;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Ability to lead and motivate people;
Selfdirected and able to work independently;
Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills, ability to balance multiple priorities;
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
Proven ability to work effectively within a team.
