You lead and influence large-scale organizational and market initiatives while liaising with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.
In addition to being the business manager, you represent your specialty on initiatives requiring high-level expertise in a complex field.
You're responsible for strategic, highly innovative, cross-sector projects and initiatives that are operationally and conceptually complex. They require comprehensive analysis and understanding of the organization and line of business. A strategic mindset and organizational savvy are therefore essential. Coordination is critical, so you frequently interact with stakeholders working in a wide range of other fields.General Information on the Position
Main Responsibilities- Complete strategic assessments, develop scenarios and solve unique and complex problems that impact the entire organization- Develop and implement business practices that meet clients' complex business needs while honouring Desjardins's commitments and acting in accordance with Desjardins's priorities- Design solutions that meet highly complex needs, recommend implementation strategies and priorities, and coordinate the delivery of work- Develop implementation oversight mechanisms for innovative solutions you design

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of twelve years of relevant experience
