Description

CDI Spaces is actively seeking a Recruitment and Safety Coordinator who will ensure the seamless operation of our organization.

In this enriching and multifaceted role, your expertise will shine as you take command of our health and safety program, ensuring compliance and fostering a secure working environment.

Beyond that, you'll be an integral player in our recruitment and training endeavors, contributing to the growth and development of our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Take charge of our overall company COR Certified Health & Safety program
Oversee health & safety committee meetings and ensure compliance with industry standards
Proactively follow up on any outstanding projects, providing reporting for warehouse and various sites
Conduct annual internal and external audits as per COR requirements
Swiftly address any emerging issues to maintain a safe and secure working environment
Other duties as assigned.

Experience, Skills, Training, and Attitude:

High School Diploma, required
Post-Secondary training is an asset.
3+ years of experience in an office environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including strong grammar and proofreading capabilities for marketing content.

Detail orientated people come to you to proofread things and organize parties.
