JOB OVERVIEW
The Administrative Assistant will complete administrative tasks assigned by the manager in accordance with corporate guidelines. Provide accurate, friendly, quality service to customers/clients when processing customer/client transactions. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but Sodexo may identify other responsibilities of the position. These responsibilities may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • A customer service orientated administrative assistant, well organized individual
  • Maintains uptodate recovery spreadsheet
  • Coverage for Customer Service Rep during breaks/vacation/sickness
  • Damage costs on a weekly and monthly basis submitted to client, and updated information maintained in report
  • Events/conferences tracking and billing
  • CMMS support, Work orders, Purchase orders, PM
  • Performs administrative assistant duties within department as required
  • Other reports as requested by management & Client
  • Supports Office Manager with submitting HR benefits, hiring packages
  • Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures
  • Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
