Are you an experienced paid search specialist with a passion for data-driven growth, an instinct for Google Ads, and to-the-moon ambition? As a highly skilled professional, you will be joining a fast-paced, expert team committed to leveraging digital marketing channels to reach business objectives and maximize ROI.
Your to-do list:
- Own, develop, implement, and grow Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram PPC campaigns
- Help accelerate growth across both SMB and enterprise segments
- Ensure all campaign activity supports business objectives through tracking, analyzing and optimizing budget/ROI
- Communicate effectively with crossfunctional internal and external team members working on campaign assets
- Maintain an uptodate task list and keep everyone in the loop
Who you are:
- Experienced in managing search engine marketing campaigns, including Google Ads and other search engine advertising platforms.
- Google Ads certified with a deep understanding of Google Ads, Search, Display, Remarketing, and GTM.
- 5+ years of B2B campaign experience, preferably in Enterprise and/or SaaS industries.
- Experience managing 7 figure budgets and programmatic buying to optimize campaigns.
- An excellent communicator with super awesome project management skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Deep analytical skillset to identify insights, understand attribution, and optimize Paid Search campaigns.
- Experience with B2B Paid Search channels such as Capterra and other relevant review platforms.
- Google Analytics expert with experience setting up reports, and GA4 experience is a plus.
- Passionate about growth you love seeing a 'stepup' in traffic, conversions, and customers.
- You believe in our purpose to provide a safe space for the world to collaborate.
- Degree in Marketing and/or Data Science, with a working knowledge of SQL.
