**RESPONSIBILITIES**

As a Representative - Fire Services, they will play a critical role in providing daily service to customers through client site inspections and the servicing and maintenance of client fire protection equipment as well as sales development for products and services. Some of the additional expectations of this role include:

- Complete all work in a safe manner in adherence with company, client and regulatory safety policies, procedures, laws, and guidelines
- Follow monthly customer scheduled of inspections and servicing
- Conducts client site inspections including emergency lighting systems, portable and wheeled fire extinguishers & fire hose
- Evaluate code and non-conformance issues and determine specific solutions and recommendations to customers and management
- Transport extinguishers and other fire protection equipment to and from client sites for servicing and maintenance
- Identify new customers and develops opportunities for product and service sales
- Complete daily reports of completed work orders and activities
- Maintain vehicle and vehicle inventory
- Assist service operations when required
- Maintain high levels of customer service
- Ensure that our customers have the right fire protection products that comply with standards
- Develop customer base and revenue in an assigned region.
- Perform service at our existing customers on a regular basis
- Responsible for finding new customers in his territory
- Develop sales of firefighting articles as well as our services
- Maintain your vehicle
- Achieve sales objectives for the territory
