- Quoting and invoicing customer orders and service work;
- Communicating with field technicians and account managers to validate client information and quote details;
- Responding to customer service inquiries related to services and invoices;
- Managing administrative and recordkeeping requirements, including technical report editing and filing;
- Delivering high levels of internal and external customer service;
- Supporting other Branch and Regional administrative functions as requested;

The Administrative & Inside Sales Support Coordinator will be responsible for quoting and invoicing activities supporting technical service delivery to our clients. Some of the expectations of this role include:
The successful candidate must be a professional, highly motivated, self-starter with a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to execute on-time, every time. They will bring with them strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively with administrative and technical team members, as well as independently, to deliver high quality service and support internally and externally. They will also be able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and flexibility to address changing situations and priorities. Familiarity in a field service delivery environment or in fire protection systems would be considered an asset. Previous experience with using computerized inventory management and accounting systems (i.e. QuickBooks) and proficiency working with Microsoft Office is must.
A candidate with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast past service environment, preferably in industrial/construction industries, combined with an educational background in fire services, construction or service administration would be preferred. Combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Everguard offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including health and dental insurance; retirement savings and leave programs. The salary range is $18.00 to $23.00 an hour.
