    • Cut, trim, and prepare standard meat cuts
    • Wrap and package meats
    • Debone meat
    • Weigh meats for sale
    • Cut poultry into pieces
    • Price meat products
    • Clean and prepare fish and shellfish
    • Sell meats to customers
    • Cut fish into steaks and fillets
    • Supervise other butchers and fishmongers
    • Grind meats
    • Prepare attractive displays of meats, poultry, and fish
    • Shape, lace, and tie roasts, meats, poultry, and seafood
