Are you a skilled Equipment Operator with a passion for outdoor work? Do you have experience operating tractors (Deere 4066R) and a desire to be part of a dynamic team? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you

As an Equipment Operator + Labourer, you will play a vital role in our Extras + Enhancement Crew.

You will be responsible for operating our Wing Mower ( Deere 4066R ) as well as assisting with various labor tasks related to landscaping, small property repairs, and maintenance activities.

This position requires a detail-oriented, safety-conscious individual who can effectively collaborate with the team to achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently operate the Deere 4066R and other equipment as needed.
Perform circle check to provide routine maintenance on the equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Assist with manual labor tasks, such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
Participate in landscape enhancement projects to improve outdoor spaces for our clientele.
Follow instructions from crew leaders and ensure all tasks are completed on time and to specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Equipment Operator, preferably with experience operating Deere 4066R or similar equipment.
Experience in manual labor and outdoor work.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
Safetyconscious with a solid understanding of equipment operation best practices

Salary:
$22.00-$25.00 per hour
