Requirements:

The position requires you to use your sales and communication skills to help in the company's business development goals and achieve daily and monthly targets.

Responsibilities:

Identifying lead accounts, developing new business, and managing existing client relationship.
Drive profit (margin) through effective negotiation
Provide full cycle customer service from contract to delivery and understand the client need and negotiate rates.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain the flow of business information with a sense of urgency.
Manage your own book of business; be both available and accountable to your clients.
Collaborate with existing clients to discuss any staffing needs and assist with filling them.

Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
