    • Senior Business Analyst (HR Digital Transformation Project) (6 Month Contract)
    Location: New Westminster, BC / Hybrid

    PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND BACKGROUND

    SERVICES

    Reporting to a Project Manager through the BTS PMO, the SBA will provide business analysis services including:

  • Facilitating discussions to understand and document current and future state processes, including business, data, and integration requirements.
  • Translating business requirements into solution requirements.
  • Collaborating with project and technical stakeholders to assess current solutions.
  • Preparing fit-gap analyses.
  • Identifying processes for unification and improvement.
  • Recommending solutions to address business needs.
  • Reviewing and validating analysis deliverables with stakeholders.
  • Facilitating workshops and meetings.
  • Preparing status updates and presentation materials.
  • Contributing to the project plan and performing other assigned project tasks.

    • DELIVERABLES

  • Current State Analysis with detailed business process workflows and supporting documentation.
  • Requirements Traceability Matrix.
  • Future State Analysis and supporting documentation.
  • Detailed Fit-Gap Analysis.
  • Study Recommendation Report.
  • RFP preparation and support.
  • Configuration plan support.
  • Test execution planning and support.
  • Deployment plan support.
  • Change management planning and support.

    • KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in HRMS implementation projects.
  • Experience with complex HRMS projects involving multiple system modules and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree and formal training in business analysis and/or process improvement techniques.
  • + years of senior-level business analysis and process improvement experience.
  • CBAP or CCBA certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of project management processes and governance controls.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.
  • Experience in gathering and analyzing functional and technical requirements.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into detailed system specifications.
  • Extensive experience in implementing technology projects and business process initiatives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Microsoft Visio.
  • Experience with SharePoint.
