    Description

    Bookkeeping Clerk Position at XYZ Company

    • Education: College/CEGEP
    • Experience: Previous experience is an advantage

      • Responsibilities

    • Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy in various accounts through both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
    • Record journal entries
    • Generate diverse accounting reports
    • Conduct account reconciliations
    • Create invoices, reports, letters, and financial statements; manage contracts and other paperwork

      • Required Skills

    • Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office

      • Equipment Experience

    • Handling scanners

      • Security Requirements

    • Completion of criminal record and Child Abuse Registry checks

      • Working Conditions

    • Must be able to work autonomously with attention to detail
    • Perform repetitive tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment

      • Personal Qualities

    • Accuracy and dependability
    • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
