    North Vancouver, Squamish, Burnaby, and West Broadway. We specialize in comprehensive estate and incapacity planning, assisting executors with probate applications and advice, and corporate law.

    Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service and peace of mind through properly structured companies, Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Representation Agreements.

    We offer flexible meeting times, personal and caring professional service, mobile service, competitive rates, and also donate 1% of all revenue to charity.

    Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, salaried, hybrid role for a Wills & Estates Lawyer at Westcoast Wills & Estates.

    The Wills & Estates Lawyer will be responsible for providing comprehensive estate and incapacity planning services, assisting with probate applications and advice for executors.

    The role will involve regular work at our North Vancouver office with flexibility for some remote work.
    QualificationsExperience in Wills & Estates lawKnowledge of estate and incapacity planningStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and strong organization skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamAdmission to the bar in British ColumbiaGraduated from a Canadian Law SchoolExperience with probate applications is a plusExperience in a complementary area of law such as corporate, family, real estate or tax is a plusSecond language is a plusWhat we offerComprehensive mentorship for newer lawyers to the areaFriendly and collegial workplaceHealth benefits
