Watson Goepel LLP is a full-service firm in business for over 35 years. We have 35+ lawyers combined in our Vancouver and West Vancouver offices, and we're growing.

We have an immediate opening for an experienced, full-time associate with a minimum of 4 years of wills, estates, and trusts experience to primarily work out of our professional and friendly West Vancouver office.

You will work alongside our senior partner in building our growing Wills & Estates practice group.

You have experience preparing wills, trusts, power of attorney and representation agreements, business succession planning and estate administration including probate and intestacy.

You maintain a client-focused mindset, have superior analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy, and are able to solve complex problems using your knowledge of the law.

You are likeable, hardworking, have an entrepreneurial mindset, willing to embrace technology to bring efficiencies to your practice and are willing to work as part of a team.

You are a member in good standing with the Law Society of BC.

Ideally, you live on the North Shore, have strong ties to the community and relish the idea of working where you live so that you can provide legal counsel to people within your community.

Salary
We are on a lockstep compensation model years 1-5 ranging from $100K-$150K. Beyond five years, the salary is commensurate with your experience.
